Spot trades are executed at the prevailing market price, which is constantly fluctuating based
on supply and demand. Traders in “Spot” only make profit if the cryptocurrency traded goes up
in value and there is NO margin account needed for Spot Trading.

We DO NOT have access to your crypto wallet or any exchange information. The exchange provides several security features with API keys. We just need the “trade function” to be enabled on your API keys. Your funds will ALWAYS remain in your “exchange wallet”, so NO external transfers or withdrawals can take place.
API keys have IP restrictions as well, which allows only trusted IPs to access the API keys. We recommend you add only our provided IP address to the API key restrictions!
We provide a “user dashboard” (in the upper right hand corner of our website click the icon) where the user can see the performance, PNL, and charts showing details and ongoing activities of your BOT on your exchange. Of course, you can also check the performance of your BOT on your exchange at any time!
PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of developing the “performance, PNL and charts”. We will notify subscribers when this feature is released!
Subscribers can withdraw funds even while their automated trading bot is active. However, subscribers must maintain the minimum required balance in their trading account to keep their Automated Trading bot active.

Along with normal automated and recurring payments such as Credit Cards and Debit Cards, we also accepts cryptocurrency as a payment method for all subscription tiers, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Automated Trading Bot plans, as well as APEX Crypto Signal Hub memberships.
To safeguard user assets, AutomatedTrading.io does not support automated, recurring, or pre-authorized crypto transactions. All cryptocurrency payments must be made manually by the subscriber at the beginning of each billing cycle. This policy ensures subscribers retain full custody and decision-making authority over all crypto transfers.
Subscribers will receive a payment reminder email several days prior to their upcoming renewal date. Failure to submit payment before the due date may result in temporary suspension of service until payment is completed.
We currently accept the following cryptocurrencies for subscription payments: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, and Solana (SOL).
